As Executive Director of Brookwood|Starboard, Barry Bram brings comprehensive real estate investment and advisory experience to the Team. Prior to joining Brookwood|Starboard he was with TRI Commercial in San Francisco for many years.

Barry’s commercial real estate investment and leasing experience in the San Francisco Bay Area dates back to 1986. He has distinguished himself by achieving recognition as #1 company-wide agent in 1998 and 2000 in his prior company, and as a top producer for the firm almost every year since 2000.

Shepherd Heery is a co-founding principal of Brookwood|Starboard and is also the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Brookwood Group. He is one of the three co-founders of the firm and has served as a member of Brookwood Group’s Board of Directors since the company’s establishment in 1989. Shep is an experienced developer with a strong track record of working with public and private sector owners. He has extensive management, leadership, entitlements, and marketing experience, especially in the realms of high-rise office and residential developments, encompassing all aspects of the development process.

Hans Hansson is a co-founding principal of Brookwood|Starboard and believes in the strength of independence, the innovative use of technology, and the need to provide excellent service to his clients. In the business over 35 years serving as an active real estate broker while running Starboard Commercial Real Estate, Hans provides his clients a multi-level experience factor when working with his clients. He understands the workings of a business while also constantly studying the market place to insure that he properly advises his clients on the best opportunities available.

Alan Katz is Brookwood’s President and is the firm’s senior officer in the San Francisco office. Alan’s experience as a corporate real estate and facilities executive, architect, and private sector developer provides the basis for his knowledge he applies to his consulting role as a senior advisor to private and public sector clients in the Bay Area. He is currently advising clients on projects worth in aggregate over $1B of value.

Craig Hansson is a second generation San Francisco commercial realtor with a decade of experience in the Bay Area market and is one of Starboard’s top representatives. Over the past three years, Craig has negotiated over $300 million in sales and over 500,000 square feet in leases. As a senior sales and leasing specialist for Starboard, Craig is dedicated to servicing clients by leveraging his San Francisco real estate knowledge and lineage.

Jim Mueller is a Brookwood shareholder and a member of the firm’s senior management team. He serves on Brookwood’s Board of Directors and also is a Managing Principal of Brookwood Equities LLC, a unit of Brookwood Group, Inc. that he co-founded in 2012. He is based in Seattle and brings more than 38 years of real estate development expertise to the organization.
